Before You Ask
Check-in opens at 15:00 and check-out runs until 12:00. Villa guests arrange flexible times directly with their butler — early arrivals are accommodated whenever the residence is ready.
Smart casual applies on the main gaming floor; the Crystal Salons and fine-dining rooms ask for smart elegant attire after 18:00 — jackets preferred, no beachwear or work boots at any hour.
Absolutely — families are welcome throughout the resort except the gaming floor, which is strictly 18+. The Children's Heritage Academy runs daily programs, and connecting villas are available for larger families.
Three ways: our rooftop helipad shuttle (7 minutes from the private terminal), a chauffeured sedan (about 25 minutes), or a harbour tender to our marina berth. The transfer desk tracks your flight and times the arrival.
